How To Calculate UNILAG Aggregate Score
UNILAG’s aggregate score is what the school uses to decide whether or not you’ll be admitted into your chosen course.
To calculate UNILAG aggregate score, you need your
- JAMB score which is over 400
- And post UTME score is over 30
Steps To Calculate UNILAG Aggregate Score
- Divide your JAMB score by 8 and
- Divide Post UTME Score by 2
- Add the two scores together after division
- The final result is your aggregate score.
The Formula Looks Like This
Aggregate Score = (JAMB Score / 8) + (Post-UTME Score / 2)
For Example
let’s say you scored:
- JAMB: 280
- Post-UTME: 24/30
- Your aggregate would be:
(280 ÷ 8) + (24 ÷ 2) = 35 + 12 = 47
- That 47 becomes your final score, and that’s what UNILAG will use to compare you with other students in your department.
