Acceptance fee is a one-time non-refundable fee paid by freshers 1-2 weeks of getting admission into the university even before any registration. We’ll be looking at the acceptance fee for the undergraduate and postgraduate freshers and also for international students in the table below.

Step-by-Step Guide to Paying AAU School Fees(2025/2026)

  • Visit the AAU student portal .
  • Login to Your Student Account with JAMB registration number for freshers and Matriculation number for returning students:
  • Click on the “School Fees Payment” or “E-Payment” option and select the appropriate session (2025/2026).
  • The system will generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) for your payment, copy or print the RRR number for reference.
  • Choose Payment Method
    • Online Payment: Pay via debit card (ATM card), mobile banking, or USSD.
    • Bank Payment: Visit any designated bank with your RRR to make payment over the counter.
  • If you paid online, your payment will be confirmed automatically.
  • If you paid at the bank, return to the AAU portal and enter your RRR number to confirm the payment.
  • Once the payment is successful, download and print your school fees receipt as proof of payment.
