About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Assistant Operations Manager to join our team in a fast-paced and dynamic Events & Experiential Marketing environment. As the Assistant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing logistics, coordinating teams, and ensuring the flawless execution of events. This role requires a proactive leader capable of supporting the company’s strategic goals through efficient operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless event success.
- Supervise logistics, production, setup, and breakdown of event sites.
- Develop and implement operational policies, processes, and procedures.
- Ensure the effective allocation of resources (equipment, personnel, and materials).
- Monitor budgets and timelines to ensure projects stay on track.
- Lead and supervise on-site staff and third-party contractors during events.
- Track KPIs and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
- Continuously identify and implement efficiency improvements and boost client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in operations or project management within the event industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events at once.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
- In-depth knowledge of event logistics, vendor management, and team coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.
