Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative at Alpha-CX, your role will be to provide exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including chat, email, and phone. You will need to be efficient at troubleshooting, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining detailed, organized records. You will also leverage CRM and ticketing systems to manage support requests seamlessly and stay up-to-date with company policies and best practices.
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
- Provide high-quality customer support: Engage with customers via chat, email, and phone, ensuring that each interaction is smooth and efficient.
- Troubleshoot and resolve inquiries: Quickly and effectively address customer concerns, offering solutions that enhance their experience with Alpha-CX.
- Maintain accurate records: Document customer interactions and keep an organized record of all support activities.
- Utilize CRM and ticketing systems: Manage inquiries using our platform, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
- Stay informed: Regularly update your knowledge of company policies and tools to deliver accurate and up-to-date information.
Mandatory Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Nigeria-based: You must be based in Nigeria to apply for this role.
- Laptop: A working laptop is required to perform tasks and communicate with clients effectively.
- Fluent in English: You should have a Grade A accent (clear, professional, and easily understood) to provide excellent customer service.
- Experience in Remote Customer Service: You must have experience in providing customer service remotely, with a strong focus on problem-solving.
- Comfortable with CRM and support platforms: You should be proficient in using CRM systems and customer support tools.
- Tech-savvy: You should be able to adapt quickly to new tools and workflows. Technical support experience is essential.
